Rooms at Inn at Gristmill Square

A unique blend of rustic elegance and country charm that is only found at The Inn at Gristmill Square.  Our 17 rooms and suites are each distinctive in size and décor offering both traditional and modern amenities.  Nine rooms are located in the main square which is made up of the Hardware Store and Blacksmith Shop.  The Steele House houses four more rooms and the Miller House completes the Inn with the remaining four rooms.

The Inn at Gristmill Square is a boutique inn located in the little town of Warm Springs Virginia.  The main road in town bisects the property creating a unique village-like feel.  Located deep within the ancient mountains of the George Washington National Forest in the Allegheny Highlands, lush forests, quiet back roads, and ancient mineral springs create the perfect places to relax and rejuvenate.  Step back in time and enjoy dinner at the award-winning Waterwheel Restaurant located in our renovated mill that sits along the Warm Springs run.                               

Upon obtaining the inn and restaurant, owners John and Kate Loeffler committed to pouring their hearts and souls into creating an inn and restaurant that is a premier destination for food and travel lovers. They strive to provide every guest with a unique experience filled with unsurpassed hospitality, comfortable surroundings, and gourmet food hand-crafted with love featuring regional ingredients all while preserving the historical feel of our boutique inn and restaurant.  Dating back to the late 1800s, the buildings that make-up the inn and restaurant are steeped in a rich history while simultaneously offering the modern conveniences travelers have come to expect.
