Rooms & Suites
The seventeen rooms and suites at The Inn at Gristmill Square are individually furnished in traditional décor with the feel of a country home. All have private baths and air conditioning. Many rooms have their own fireplace. Each room at our bed and breakfast is charming and unique. Each room has cable TV, phone, hair dryer, small refrigerator, and private bath. Included is a continental breakfast with fresh-baked pastries, juice and coffee delivered to your room when you request. The Waterwheel Restaurant serves dinner and Sunday brunch. We have an outdoor pool, three tennis courts and a sauna. Rates are double occupancy. $10 for each additional person over 12 years. No pets, please. Check-in time, 2 p.m. Check-out time, 12 noon. Hardware Store
Once serving as the town’s feed and hardware store, this building was restored in 1972. A/C window units.	Our rooms in the Hardware Store are across from the Mill. The rooms in the blacksmith shop are in the building are the rear.

Tower Apartment: Full apartment on second floor. Round living room, fireplace, kitchen opens to deck, 1 1/2 baths. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with king-size bed. $175
Bromley Room: Large room with fireplace, king-size bed, small balcony, second floor. $130	Craven Room: Queen-size bed in bedroom, sitting area with couch converting to full bed, second floor. $125
Blacksmith Shop
Spring Suite: Living room with sofa, jacuzzi tub, bedroom with queen size bed opens to private patio, ground floor. $130	The Loft: Bedroom with king-size bed, deck, second floor. $115
Miller's House
This once modest farm house was home for the miller’s family. It features four guestrooms with central air-conditioning and a great front porch.	Barley Room: Queen-size bed, porch overlooking village, oversized bath, first floor. $110
Oat Room: Living room with couch, twin beds in bedroom, first floor. $110
Rye Room: Living room with couch that opens to single bed, king-size bed in bedroom, second floor. $115	Wheat Room: Queen-size bed, oversized bath, second floor. $110
Steel House
This former residence now houses four guests rooms, and the Warm Spirit Spa (540-839-6600). Rooms have A/C window units.	Croft Room: Fireplace, queen-size bed, first floor. $115

Craven Cottage
Two spacious apartments in a former County Building, adjacent to our other buildings. Each apartment has cable TV, private phone, kitchen, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, linen, fireplace, and window A/C units.	Apartment 1 has a living room, kitchen, dining room and powder room on the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed, small bedroom with twin beds, bath and outdoor deck.

A deposit is required for a confirmed reservation. Guests are requested to note arrival and departure dates carefully. The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after date specified or departs before final date of reservation. Refund will be made only if cancelled three days in advance of arrival date or if the Inn is able to rent the cancelled space. It is understood that a deposit ensures that your accommodations will be available as confirmed.
