The rooms and suites at The Inn at Gristmill Square are individually furnished in traditional décor with the feel of home. All have private baths and air conditioning. Many rooms have their own fireplace. Each room at our bed and breakfast inn is charming and unique. Included in your room rate is a continental breakfast with fresh-baked pastries, juice and coffee delivered to your room upon request. The Waterwheel Restaurant serves dinner and Sunday brunch. Relax by our outdoor pool and enjoy three tennis courts. $10 for each additional person over 12 years. No pets, please. Hardware Store Check Rates & Availability
Once serving as the town’s feed and hardware store, this building was restored in 1972. A/C window units.	Our rooms in the Hardware Store are across from the Mill. The rooms in the blacksmith shop are in the building are the rear.
Silo Room: Round bedroom, fireplace, king-size bed, private bath with shower and two-person jacuzzi, ground floor.	Board Room: Large bedroom with a king bed, pullout queen sleeper sofa, private bath, ground floor.
Dinwiddie Room: Large colonial bedroom with fireplace, king-size bed, private bath, ground floor.	Singapore Room: Large room with king-size bed, fireplace and private bath with a large tiled shower, ground floor.
Tower Apartment: Full apartment on second floor. Round living room, fireplace, kitchen opens to deck, private bath. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with king-size bed.
Bromley Room: Large room with fireplace, king-size bed, small balcony, private bath, second floor.	Craven Suite: One-bedroom suite with a king bed. Separate sitting area, second floor.

Spring Suite: Living room with sofa, jacuzzi tub, bedroom with queen size bed opens to private patio, private bath, ground floor.	The Loft: Bedroom with king-size bed, deck, private bath, second floor.
Miller's House Check Rates & Availability
This once modest farm house was home for the miller’s family. It features four guestrooms with central air-conditioning and a great front porch. Please note that the Miller House is located on a little hillside and there are several steps that lead up to the house. It is not ideal for guests who have difficulty walking up steps.	Barley Room: Queen-size bed, porch overlooking village, oversized private bath, first floor.
Oat Room: Living room with couch, king bed, private bath, first floor.
Rye Room: Living room with large flat screen TV and loveseat sofa, king-size bed in bedroom, private bath, second floor.	Wheat Room: Queen-size bed, oversized private bath, second floor.
Steel House Check Rates & Availability
This former residence now houses four guests rooms, and the Warm Spirit Spa (540-839-6600). Rooms have A/C window units.	Croft Room: Fireplace, queen-size bed, private bath, first floor.
Quilt Room: Living room, king-size bed in bedroom, private bath, first floor. Please note: this room does not have a working fireplace.
Jennie Payne Room: Queen-size bed, fireplace, private bath, second floor.	Virginia Room: Queen-size bed, private bath, second floor. Please note: this room does not have a working fireplace.

A credit card is required to hold a reservation. Guests are requested to note arrival and departure dates carefully. The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after date specified or departs before final date of reservation. Refund will be made only if cancelled three days in advance of arrival date or if the Inn is able to rent the cancelled space. It is understood that a credit card ensures that your accommodations will be available as confirmed.
