NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Now enjoy non-refundable rates that are discounted from our Best Available Rate.  These rates are available mid-week only, and some date restrictions apply (based on availability).  These rates are only available for booking 3 months in advance, or less, of your desired arrival date.  Please note, there rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, even for weather or illness (no exceptions), so please plan accordingly.  The reservation is transferrable, so if you can't make it last minute you can send someone else in your place.  Non-refundable rooms are payable IN FULL at the time of booking.  

Winter is for Lovers
Weekend Package available at the end January through March 8 (Friday and Saturday only). Some weekends excluded. 

Enjoy a two-night stay at our inn and enjoy the following:

-$100 restaurant credit (reservations required)
-Complimentary cider tasting at Troddenvale (please specify time preference of Friday evening or Saturday afternoon in the notes section when booking)
-6 Chocolate Covered Strawberries
-Mimosas with Breakfast on Saturday
-Early check-in at 2pm and late checkout at 12pm.


Warm Springs Pools Special Rate
Starting in 2024, enjoy rates that are discounted by $30 per person so that you can spend that on the entry fee into the Warm Springs Pools. 

-Available Sunday-Thursday
-Excludes holidays and weekends
-Two-night minimum
-Refundable per our cancellation policy
-You need to make your reservation to soak. Call them at 540-839-3860 to book. No need to reference this rate. It was created so you can use the savings on your entry fee.
