Crane Lake Chardonnay (California) Rich, yet unoaked, this Chardonnay shows the warm climate character of tropical fruits. Fox Hollow Merlot (California) Classically spicy yet soft flavors of cassis, blackberry and vanilla; pair this merlot with steak. Cycles Gladiator Cabernet Sauvignon (California) Doug Polaner blends this cuvee from overstocked wine at some of California’s top wineries. Earthy, rich and soft, it can be enjoyed with beef.
