NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Now enjoy non-refundable rates that discounted from our Best Available Rate.  These rates are available mid-week only, and not available over holidays.  These rates are only available for booking 3 months in advance, or less, of your desired arrival date.  Please note, there rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, even for weather or illness (no exceptions), so please plan accordingly.  The reservation is transferrable, so if you can't make it last minute you can send someone else in your place.
